WHAT IS COSTICON
Construction schedule, schedule of values and cash flow in one plan.
Costicon is online software for planning construction works. It combines a schedule with dependencies and the critical path, a schedule of values and a revenue (cash flow) plan for each contract.
It is built for contractors bidding for contracts, cost estimators and planners. Import the scope from a cost estimate (ATH, XLSX, CSV) or MS Project and export the finished plan to PDF, XLSX or MS Project XML.

When will Costicon be available?

What is a schedule of values?
A schedule of values assigns the value of works to the periods in which they are carried out, usually months. In Poland it is called a harmonogram rzeczowo-finansowy (HRF) and public clients often require it from contractors. Costicon builds it from the schedule and item values, together with a revenue plan.
Can I build it from a cost estimate?
Yes. Costicon imports cost estimates in ATH format as well as XLSX and CSV files. Item values flow into the schedule of values and are spread over time according to the schedule.
Who is Costicon for?
For contractors, cost estimators, planners and contract managers — from a single bid to a portfolio of contracts with a portal for the investor and inspector.
How much does Costicon cost?
Launch prices with AI: $21, $65, $199 and $499 net per month for For tenders, For planners, For teams and For companies. Without AI: $17, $54, $165 and $409. Annual billing equals ten monthly payments.
Does the trial require a card?
No. After launch the trial will last 14 days, require no card and let you test the For planners plan with Costicon AI.
Can AI change a schedule on its own?
No. An AI result is a suggestion for verification. Saving or applying a change remains a conscious user decision.
What happens after the project limit is reached?
Only active projects count. Archived and trashed projects take no slots; restoring one requires a free slot.
Can I move from AI to a non-AI edition?
Yes. Planning scope and data remain unchanged; AI features and the monthly AI pool are disabled.
Do investors and inspectors need paid seats?
They do not consume an editor seat. For planners includes 3 read-only recipients; higher plans do not limit them.
